Simple Christmas Entryway Decor

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of At Home for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’m so excited about Christmas this year because it’s our daughter’s very first Christmas! We already have a ton of cute Christmas outfits for her; I can’t wait! I figure this year I need to get a jump on decorating for the holidays because now that we have a newborn in the house, everything takes about ten times as long as it used to. So I went to our local At Home store and got everything I need to decorate our living room for Christmas. Ok, I haven’t had time to get the whole room decorated yet, but I did do a little entryway decorating, so today I’m sharing my simple Christmas entryway decor!

I was super impressed with the At Home Christmas Decor; they had EVERYTHING! Half of the entire store was filled with Christmas decor – everything from outdoor decor and lights, to dinnerware, Christmas trees, and ornaments! And of course, their everyday low prices mean you can get everything you need all in one place.

They have all of their decor grouped into fifteen different styles, like Lavish & Luxe, Cherished Memories, and Regal Renaissance. It makes it super easy to find decor in your favorite theme, and to mix and match to make your Christmas decor perfectly match your sense of style!

We started with a Christmas tree. At Home has 101 varieties of artificial Christmas Trees, all grouped into different styles in their Tree for Me section.

We picked out a cute, small, potted tree from their entryway collection to go on the entryway table.

I grabbed a bunch of stuff out of the Forest Fairytales section. It combines twine, burlap, and cute little forest animals; what’s not to love!

Once I got it all home I started setting up our entryway. I plugged in the pre-lit Christmas tree, added a cute little tree topper, and set it up on our entryway table.

I added a rustic Welcome sign and a few candles to help balance out the height of the tree.

And when I stood back and looked at it, it wasn’t quite Christmas-y enough, so I folded up one of our Christmas tablecloths and put it on the table like a table runner. Perfect!

I love how festive our house is starting to feel! I know it’s still a little early, but I love Christmas, so it makes me happy to be decorating for the holiday already!

What’s your favorite of the fifteen Christmas themes? I love the Forest Fairytale and the Snowcapped Scene themes.

Disclosure: I received compensation from IZEA and At Home in exchange for my participation in this Christmas campaign, and my honest discussion of their products. But At Home has some seriously amazing Christmas decor and all opinions in this post are 100% my own. I would never write a post about something I didn’t think was useful or interesting for you guys, and Practically Functional will only publish sponsored posts for companies or products I love and believe in! 🙂
